Handle waking from unlock in KeyguardViewMediator.

This changelist moves logic to sequence waking from a dream after unlock
previously added to BiometricUnlockController to KeyguardViewMediator.
Placing this logic in the common path ensures the sequencing for all
authentication when dreaming.
