checkCarrierPrivilegesForPackage by subId rather than default 1. checkCarrierPrivilegesForPackages by subId 2. getPackagesWithCarrierPrivileges by subId 3. new hidden API getPackagesWithCarrierPrivilegesForAllPhones which returns packages for all subs.
