Improve PIP enter transition w/ gesture nav (2/N) Allow Launcher to query destination bounds of PiP window from SysUI. Add also the callback notifies SysUI that the swipe-pip-to-home operation is finished. PipTaskOrganizer would ignore the entering transition if swipe-pip-to-home should happen in Launcher.
