Smartspace: Import Lockscreen weather/live wallpaper [2/2]
du: ported the code on top of our active edge code
NB: this must be made here in aosp SystemUI to make it available for all
devices, not only Soli/Squeeze ones.
Our google sysui will inherit this code too when expanding aosp sysui classes.
- Includes weather on lockscreen and cool stuff on ambient display
- Export code to external/Google and leave only bits we need in fwb by Surge1223 <Surge1223@gmail.com>
