Improve IMF visibility log (2/N) Add event logs for show/hide IME snapshot and IME surface parent to better investigate flicker issues when it happened. The log is only enabled for debug builds. Bug: 239501597 Test: presubmit Change-Id: I51bd4e818fdd7cffb67fa22f66a4041bdc244683
