Remove GPS single shot request GPS single shot requests can get wedged when the GPS chipset is unable to return locations for a long periods of time. Removing this request until the underlying issue can be solved. Bug: 123292126 Test: presubmits Change-Id: I6ce55e8aa0062b50bd7d1da1d279b3a7095dc6a7
