Revert "Log a WTF message if sendBroadcast() or bindService() is called from a" This reverts commit 8ecf83f30766cc72cdc693859758db3194bbf513. Reason for revert: the bindService() from cached state generates too many WTF logs (about 1000/device/day) Change-Id: I1aba02933fecb0c3263ceeeb35ae636789f89000
