Drop binder calling identity before updating device stats getRunningAppProcessList now returns which app is the top app. Querying the top app has a side effect of updating device stats when the top app changes. Drop calling identity when doing this. Bug: 110976005 Test: ensure apps don't crash with repro steps from b/110976005 Change-Id: Ibf515ae45d73500fd97cb207565ecd8863f96da5
