Log foreground service start/stop in system trace It's logged in a separated track "FGS", and if the same FGS is started again before it's stopped, we'll log an instant event for this. Bug: 258466208 Test: perfetto Change-Id: Ibcea9eaf985de1a77126698a1dc1498d3623cacb
