Fix issue with history deletion History files that were edited after creation (like if a package was uninstalled) weren't being deleted in a timely manner Test: atest, manual on device with old files (launch history; they are gone) Fixes: 150479791 Change-Id: I0ddc22e988a80a8f1df01dfd2162d9d23e4ace7e
