Fix concurrent display mode auto canceling onTaskStackChanged() is not triggered when the user switches from the app to the launcher. onTaskMovedToFront() is always called. Bug: 268088833 Test: Demo app Change-Id: Iac9c2a9bc553967b7172a33ab41ba342975f96d2
