HostStubGen: Add heuristics for AIDL classes The text policy file now allows ":aidl" as a "special class name" and allow setting a policy for AIDL generated classess. Test: run-all-tests.sh Bug: 292141694 Change-Id: I5373bf96047f9d0accf9321e6f82082c65124138
