Add a break statement in the for loop to optimize it. This loop checks a package using an array of whitelisted packages which can listen for notifications on low ram devices. Test: atest NotificationManagerServiceTest Change-Id: Ia3343623cadf7c491e2055fdbbb17f7cdebf2eb6
