Remove FragmentTestUtils util class FragmentTestUtils was deprecated by Robolectric team. So, we use FragmentController instead of FragmentTestUtils. Fixes: 111195449 Test: robotests, rebuild Change-Id: Ic14ced2d2bbb39f529df2432fdb9d3c9b9341557
