Deprecate 2 methods setQsScrimEnabled does nothing in a scene container context, because scrim enablement is handled internal to transitions there. updateSystemUiStateFlags's responsibilities are handed by SceneContainerPlugin via flow collection rather than pushing flag updates all over the place.
