More logging when failing to inject SliceProvider. This continues to be an exception that shouldn't be happening. ADding more logging to try to get insight into the problem. Test: manual Bug: 168778439 Change-Id: I2fdaa366c70f1551a768f48f7ac6df966e731fe3
