Show carrier name on pin lock screen When user has DSDS and both sims are locked, the pin lock screen doesn't show which carrier is requiring the pin. b/128994337 tracks fixing the "Card 1" name on turning on the phone. Test: manual Bug: 125290365 Change-Id: I8c6b6ecd6b3c1e5f111ebbb1ceabbfb2b083ed0d
