Screen on/off event cleanup Begin breakup of KeyguardViewMediator/KeyguardUpdateMonitor into smaller/testable units. Screen on/off events were already marked deprecated and split into KeyguardLifecyclesDispatcher and already called from KeyguardService. Step 1 of this removal.
