Disable object pool for lifecycler In the case when client lives in system_server, we shouldn't recycle the lifecycle transaction objects to the pool. Disabled this feature for now. Bug: 70616950 Test: Manual Change-Id: Ib70096aa35accfeb93108f60e3cfe8440b9cd6e8
