Allow users to switch between Pie/Oreo recents [1/2]
I personally don't like Pie's recent style built in launcher3,
Hence allow to switch between recents components(Quickstep/SystemUI) without much hassle.
Other two parts of commit in Extensions and Settings will also take care of swipe up gesture.
If it is enabled it will be disabled and removed from Settings>System>Gestures, if in case Oreo style recents is selected by user.
Commit's logic is based on PotatoProject/frameworks_base@74f8b46 , so huge thanks to @deletescape
