Move to Android-specific NTP pool. Use "2.android.pool.ntp.org" since it returns both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Verified that NTP client works correctly on both. Change-Id: I0187ef4a6d3b353cfcc77957b1303ca01c67cbe9
