AudioSystem JNI: Send A2DP codec to AudioSystem on connection state change Actually use native API to pass A2DP codec parameter to AudioSystem and API for connection state change and device config change. Bug: 111812273 Test: make Change-Id: Ie7a5bcbfa39b0f3bedee41f1a1e29ab413271279
