Fix Bulgarian date formatting. Remove unnecessary/duplicate file in values-bg-rBG and put its content into the file in values-bg. Manual modifications to time1_time2 and full_wday_month_day_no_year to correct them. Change-Id: Ic3096e9896f52bd3a1c8b8554c5c79cb59804b65
