Don't return hidden subscription in getActiveSubIdList Now getActiveSubscriptionInfoList will not return hidden subscriptions. And getActiveSubIdList should be consistent with it. In the mean time, internal SubscriptionController API should have a way to specify if caller wants hidden subscriptions or not.
