Adds logging when shell permissions are adopted To help make sense of permission adoption issues during test, this change adds logging whenever the permission delegate is set. It also adds some useful details to the only known implementer: ShellDelegate. Test: builds and runs Bug: 138883691 Change-Id: I2b64636412fccb8c4a2eea939141864d1c810299
