IMPORTANCE_FOREGROUND_SERVICE process can access fingerprint We added a new priority IMPORTANCE_FOREGROUND_SERVICE for foreground services and the services to which the system is bound fall into this bucket while before they were falling into IMPORTANCE_FOREGROUND.
