[security] SubscriptionGroup is exposed to unprivileged callers SubscriptionInfo.mGroupUUID is not cleared in conditionallyRemoveIdentifiers if the caller only has READ_PHONE_STATE (based on a check to checkReadPhoneState) and not READ_DEVICE_IDENTIFIERS.
