Updates FAB dismiss snackbar to improve color contrast. Uses the same high-contrast text color as the dismiss message, and updates the button to all-caps similar to the Material snackbar style. Change-Id: If0934244913ff10a2b409887b994ffaa8f0c3381 Fix: 331560927 Test: See screenshots in bug.
