Rename SimpleTimeZoneDetectorStrategy Rename SimpleTimeZoneDetectorStrategy to TimeZoneDetectorStrategyImpl. Its defining characteristic is not simplicity - it's currently the only implementation. There are also some small cleanups around the TimeDetectorStrategy.Callback not being needed by TimeDetectorService.
