Refactor .tv.PipNotification Make TvPipNotificationController (formerly PipNotification) responsible for handling broadcasts sent from the Pip StatusBarNotification. Previouslt TV PipContoller was in charge of that. Also, as mentioned above, rename PipNotification to TvPipNotificationController.
