Add SPLIT_TOUCH to UdfpsView So non-first touches go to the UdfpsView. This makes it easier to authenticate. Test: manually try multi-touch UDFPS Fixes: 203086896 Change-Id: I9ff954d21bc027d18c530a8b7799fef0e902c4c9
