Fix ComponentResolver Computer consistency Migrates ComponentResolver and ResolveIntentHelper away from calling PM directly in favor of using a consistent Computer snapshot. This saves on snapshot rebuild and ensures data consistency within a single method call. Bug: 215403184 Change-Id: Id017db704493f38d94fd498f77d2264fe008ef45
