Make ScrimController Injectable. Also makes LockscreenWallpaper injectable; creates injectable DelayedWakeLock.Builder; makes a vanilla Handler injectable; makes the WallPaperMananager (different from IWallpaperManager) injectable. The ScrimControllerTest has been updated to remove the subclass of ScrimController and instead test ScrimController directly.
