Remove FEATURE_CONCURRENT_INPUT_METHODS from PackageManager Once implemented, IMF/IMMS will always support concurrent multi session IME. There is no need for this flag. Fixes: 319528383 Test: m Change-Id: I2e342a558a33be57a6588163a1c8074d72d5ee1c
