Fix the test failure of LogSection, don't consider read log msg error as a failure since it is used to signal EOF. Additionally tag this message as auto so user_id won't become explicit. Bug: 75017304 Test: atest incidentd_test Change-Id: I151bab5a72a532e7c9f54ae0686561001730bdeb
