Add dependency to libandroid_runtime audioflinger-aidl aidl_interface module has been extracted from libaudioclient as part of an AIDL focused refactoring. Clients need to depend on this module to compile. Test: compiles Change-Id: Ia4be7f7cfc24e897304423a58d112af77214bbbf
