Welcome Back Lockscreen Item Colors [1/2]

- adapt to tuner
- remove clock changes , add it seperately
- remove keyguard shortcut changes.
**SDB - Move LockColors to KeyguardClockSwitch
- Remove Lock Icon color option for Q
- Port to O -> P -> Q
