Fix: Remove the updateListeners from QSIconViewImpl.java which was causing memory leak in the SystemUI process. Bug: 327078684 Flag: com.android.systemui.removeUpdateListenerInQsIconViewImpl Test: Manually tested by dumping the java heap and view that heap profile in perfetto ui.
