Introduce QS tile style picker [1/3] This gives users the chance to change the look of their QS tiles. Being based on the same methods used by Omni's system theming and DU's Fruity Pebbles, it seems to work quite nicely with them. Change-Id: I2d7f6f83a6f30a487aa88d171ef797f673ba15b3
