Camera: Relax logical camera stream combination requirement Depending on hardware capability, a logical camera may not support concurrent physical streams. Relax the requirement for stream combination accordingly. Also fix missing MANDATORY_STREAM_COMBINATIONS issue for hidden physical camera.
