SF: Move config of HWComposer to setupHwComposer Eliminate the setupFramebuffer function from Layer and use setupHwComposer to actually setup the HWComposer. Additionally, move preComposition and RebuildLayerStacks into handleMessageInvalidate, as they are more frontend processing.
