surfaceflinger: enable LayerTransactionTest in presubmit Enable LayerTransactionTest in SurfaceFlinger_test.filter. Remove duplicated tests from LayerUpdateTest, CropLatchingTest, GeometryLatchingTest, and LayerColorTest. Test: SurfaceFlinger_test Change-Id: Ib6625e14d630ee93622b7bbf9ffd788cc7827b27
