Use HWC_DISPLAY_PRIMARY and _EXTERNAL Some of the code in the SurfaceFlinger and VR composer assume that the composer has display IDs HWC_DISPLAY_PRIMARY and HWC_DISPLAY_EXTERNAL for those specific displays.
