Add dump information in vr_hwc, so that it provides 2d-VR layer information in dumpsys. Bug: 73006422 Test: Manual test. "adb shell dumpsys SurfaceFlinger" prints out dump information. Change-Id: I1fd6008a9276b12ccccb4a29d24666d02b2b9d1d
