Merge ag/3722536 from master to pi-dev. Add dump information in vr_hwc, so that it provides 2d-VR layer information in dumpsys. Bug: 73006422 Test: Manual test. "adb shell dumpsys SurfaceFlinger" prints out dump information. Change-Id: Id110c3e90004b4df8c47521e217e0c2024dcc02e
