Dumpstate: don't dump HAL super classes. Previously, if 'a.h.f@1.2::IFoo' was registered, dumpstate woudl dump it three times as 1.0, 1.1, 1.2. Fixes: 72123369 Test: bugreport Change-Id: I121cf5b6ca5d3fe65e3922b07883320975fe5e0c
