Add dump information in vr_hwc, so that it provides 2d-VR layer information in dumpsys. Bug: 73006422 Test: Manual test. "adb shell dumpsys SurfaceFlinger" prints out dump information. Change-Id: I8356c8d1cb31b652c4dcd8fcd3fa6ecc90637300
