BufferQueue: Allow returning interfaces as I*/Bn*
This adds a second createBufferQueue method that returns
sp<IGraphicBuffer*> interfaces instead of sp<BnGraphicBuffer*>, since
most clients don't actually need the Binderized versions (but some
might).
