sap: validate country code while turning on SAP While turning on SAP, check for a valid country code specifically it should not be null or an empty string. This ensures SAP to come up on a valid regulatory domain. CRs-Fixed: 1061063 Change-Id: Ia949d600676c4084790ee178d503881beef12a8f
