Deprecate the use of FULL and SCAN_ONLY wifi locks This commit deprecates the use of WIFI_MODE_FULL and WIFI_MODE_SCAN_ONLY wakelock types. When acquiring/releasing or accessing the lock by the app, the request succeeds, however, no impact to the device operation will result from that.
